A clear process, with the law as its framework
Five steps, from request to report. At every one of them, the candidate's consent and compliance with Law 25,326 are not a formality: they are the method.
From request to report, step by step
Your company requests the report
You tell us the position, the modality — with or without a home visit — and the candidate's basic details.
The candidate gives informed consent
Before anything is verified, the candidate knows what will be checked and for what purpose, and authorizes it in writing.
We collect and verify the sources
We gather the documentation and check every piece of data against its origin: records, certificates, references.
A professional interviews — and visits, when applicable
A licensed professional in Social Work or Psychology conducts the interview, and the home visit when the modality includes one.
You receive the report: every fact, with its source
A document in which every verified fact states where it came from. No verdicts, no scores.
Law 25,326 applied to every report
Processing personal data for pre-employment screening demands a framework. This is how we comply.
Informed consent
No report begins without the candidate's consent. They are told what will be verified and why, and they authorize it in writing. Without that consent, there is no verification.
Defined purpose
Data is collected for one purpose only: the assessment of a specific hire. It is not used for anything else, nor shared with third parties outside the process.
Confidentiality
The information circulates only between the candidate, our team and the company requesting the report. The duty of confidentiality binds everyone involved.
The candidate's rights
Candidates keep their rights over their own data: they can access the information processed and request its correction. We give them a direct channel to exercise those rights.
Facts with sources, not verdicts
We report facts with their sources. We issue no verdicts or recommendations about the person; the decision belongs to the employer. Nor do we collect or report what the law forbids inquiring into: political, religious or union opinions, or sexual orientation (sec. 73, Argentine Employment Contract Law).
Why the report is signed by a licensed professional
Interviews and home visits are carried out by a licensed professional in Social Work or Psychology. That is not a formality: it is what gives the report its value.
A trained eye
Interviewing and assessing a household without intruding or prejudging is a professional skill. Training in the social sciences separates observable facts from subjective impressions.
Professional accountability
A license means a verifiable identity, an ethical framework and accountability before a professional board. Whoever signs answers for what they report.
A signature that backs the report
The report is signed by an identified professional, license number included. That signature stands behind the field work — a differentiator no purely digital check can offer.
